As long as you bought the Early Access version early before the launch day, you’ll get this deluxe version of the game free of charge. To reward those loyal to Larian’s RPG efforts, they’re going to give Early Access players the Digital Deluxe version of the game for free. But for those who got into Early Access, you’ve been playing the game since 2019 or so in its broken state.
Baldur’s Gate 3 is coming out later this 31st August 2023.
